High School Group Performance Training
Program Description:
Our High School Group Performance Training classes are designed for the serious athlete who wants to push their performance to a new level by increasing speed, quickness, agility, power, and strength!
No matter what sport you are preparing for, we will develop a plan specifically for you and your individual needs! This all start with the New Athlete Assessment.
The New Athlete Assessment is a one-on-one mobility and performance evaluation conducted by one of our expert coaches. It begins with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), which helps us establish a baseline understanding of how the athlete moves through a variety of fundamental movement patterns. This is a critical first step in identifying any mobility limitations or asymmetries that could impact performance or increase the risk of injury.
Following the FMS, we conduct sport-specific performance testing tailored to the athlete’s goals. This may include:

Jump testing using Vald ForceDecks

Speed and agility testing with Vald Smart Speed Timing Gates
-
Load-Velocity Profiling using the Output Sports Capture device

And more, depending on the athlete’s sport and needs
This comprehensive performance data allows us to create a detailed picture of the athlete’s current abilities. From there, we design a personalized training plan focused on improving performance in their specific sport—whether it’s on the field, court, mat, or elsewhere.

Middle School Group Performance Training
Our Middle School Group Training Program is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation of movement, strength, and confidence that will carry them into high school and beyond. This program focuses on fundamentals—the essential building blocks of athletic performance.
Under the guidance of our expert coaches, athletes will learn:
