Our Mission
Victory Performance exists to help people move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence. Our training is built on a clear methodology that develops the whole athlete — movement quality, strength, speed, recovery, and mindset — so every person can train with purpose and long‑term progress.
Strength is more than physical. It’s confidence, resilience, and the ability to move through life with intention.
Meet Coach Rob
Founder & Director of Performance
Raised in Folsom, Rob developed a passion for sports and movement early in life. That passion grew into a commitment to helping others discover their own strength, confidence, and athletic potential.
With degrees in Advanced Health & Fitness and Sports Performance — and over a decade of coaching youth, high school, college, and professional athletes — Rob brings a thoughtful, purpose‑driven approach to every session.
Coaching Philosophy
Rob’s coaching philosophy centers on helping athletes feel confident in their ability to solve movement problems that prepare them for the demands of their sport. By developing adaptable movers who understand how to organize their bodies under pressure, Rob builds athletes who are more resilient, more capable, and able to perform at a higher level when it matters most.
