Why This Program Exists

Athlete Performance Training supports long‑term athletic development for multi‑sport athletes. We focus on improving strength, speed, and movement quality while reducing injury risk through better mechanics and durability. Every session is coached with purpose, using progressions that match each athlete’s age, training age, and competitive season. The goal is simple: help athletes perform at a higher level with confidence, power, and consistency.

How We Train

Our coaching system is built on clear standards and shared progressions across all Victory Performance programs. Every athlete trains with purpose, structure, and a long‑term development plan.

Strength Development

Age‑appropriate strength training that builds power, stability, and total‑body control.

Movement Quality

Warm‑ups, mobility, and pattern development that improve durability and reduce injury risk.

Speed & Agility

Sprint mechanics, acceleration, and change‑of‑direction work designed for real sport demands.

Performance Tracking

Readiness, progress metrics, and coach feedback to support long‑term development.

Training Option by Age Group

We offer training groups designed to match the physical and developmental needs of each age range.

Middle School Athletes

Foundational strength, movement quality, and speed development.

High School Athletes

Advanced strength progressions, power development, and high‑speed mechanics.

High School Athletes Start With an Assessment

Every new High School athlete begins with a comprehensive assessment so our coaches can build a program that matches their needs, goals, and training history.

Our New Athlete Assessment includes mobility screens, movement evaluations, and performance tests. This gives our coaches the information they need to design a personalized training plan and establish baseline performance data. These baselines allow us to track progress over time and ensure each athlete is developing safely and effectively.
