Squatting is fundamental to life. I can't think of a single day that I haven't had to squat to sit in a chair, get in or out of a car, or get up off the toilet. Squatting is unavoidable. When people lose the ability to squat in their daily lives they lose some of their independence. We know that your performance in the gym only matters in so much that it keeps you functional for daily living and for doing all the fun things you love doing like hiking, golfing, basketball, pickleball, playing with your kids (or grandkids), and much more!
