A TRAINING PROGRAM BUILT FOR HOMESCHOOL ATHLETES
Homeschool families deserve access to high-quality physical development opportunities that fit their schedules and support their athletes’ long-term growth.
Our Homeschool Athlete Performance Program provides structured, coach-led training during the school day. Athletes develop the physical qualities they need for sports while training alongside other motivated middle school and high school students.
Every session has a purpose. Athletes receive clear instruction, age-appropriate progressions, and coaching that meets them at their current level.

WHAT ATHLETES WILL DEVELOP?
Strength Development
Athletes learn safe, age-appropriate strength-training techniques designed to improve total-body strength, stability, control, and athletic power.
Speed & Agility
Sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction training help athletes move more efficiently and confidently during competition.
Movement Quality
Mobility, coordination, balance, and foundational movement patterns help athletes build control and prepare their bodies for the demands of sport.
Power & Athleticism
Jumping, landing, throwing, and explosive movement progressions help athletes apply force quickly and become more dynamic competitors.
Confidence & Training Habits
Athletes learn how to train with focus, consistency, and purpose while developing confidence in a supportive group environment.

Real Coaching. Real Structure. Real Progress
Victory Performance is not an open gym or a general physical-education class
Every session is led by a qualified performance coach and follows a structure training plan. Athletes are taught how to perform each movement correctly, understand the purpose behind their training, and progress and their skills improve.
Middle school and high school athletes have different development needs, exercises are progressed and chosen based off the athlete for the athlete.
Enrollment is limited to 10 athletes so coaches. can provide individual instruction, technical feedback , and appropriate exercise modifications.
Each session combines strength, speed, movement, coordination, and athletic-development work within a clear, organized training system
Athletes train alongside motivated peers in an environment that encourages effort, consistency, confidence, and personal growth
