Victory Performance is proud to partner with the Folsom Sea Otters Swim Team to provide age-appropriate strength and performance training that supports faster swimming, improved durability, and long-term athletic development.
This program is designed to complement swim practice while helping athletes handle the physical demands of training and competition.


Victory Performance has extensive experience working with competitive swimmers across multiple age groups and competitive levels. Our training approach is built around the real demands of swimming — high training volume, repetitive stress, and the need for speed, power, and durability throughout a long season.
