Fall Athlete Training Camp Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00p-6:30p Friday 3:30p-5:00p **This is a 1-3-day/wk program. Athletes can come to one of Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and Friday. Athletes should not come to both Monday and Tuesday because they will be the same workout. The same is true for Wednesday and Thursday. **** Do You Want The Edge on the Competition? While we don't work on the sport specific skills that are required to be a great player- that's the coach's job and they're experts at it- we create better athletes that have the power, speed, agility, and quickness to make those skills much, much, more valuable. Here's what you can expect at our FALL ATHLETE TRAINING CAMP: -Learn how to unlock their athletic power by learning to train explosively -Discover how to properly prepare for competition to maximize performance and prevent injury -Maximize movement technique to gain speed, agility, and quickness in just a few short weeks -Employ specific drills that will help improve foot speed and change of direction
