High School Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 5:00p-6:30p

Friday 3:30p-5:00p

Middle School Schedule:

Monday/Friday 4:30p-5:30p

-Tuesday/Thursdays may be added with enough interest

  • Learn how to unlock athletic power by learning to train explosively

  • Discover how to prepare for competition to maximize performance and prevent injury

  • Maximize movement technique to gain speed, agility, and quickness 

  • Employ specific drills that will help improve foot speed and change of direction
